Cotton Comfort

This 2-ply sport weight yarn combines the pure softness of organic cotton with the resiliency of fine wool. The resulting knitted fabric, light and elegant, will hold its shape. The Cotton Comfort sample card shows an expanded range of low-impact dyed colors, as well as the Natural White, Silver, and Winter Beech, a blend of white wool and natural brown cotton.

Suggested gauges: 5 sts/inch on #6 needles.

Mountain Mohair

Mountain Mohair represents the best in regional fibers. The Green Mountain Spinnery uses fine, yearling clip mohair from angora goats to achieve maximum sheen and softness. This yarn is a worsted weight, but has a wide range of gauges. The softness is enhanced when knitted on the larger needles.

Suggested gauges: 5 sts=1" on #6; 4.5 sts=1" on #7; 4sts=1" on #9; 3.5 sts=1" on #10.5.
